It took just under 3 hours to get an oil change and rotate tires. I’m still trying to figure out how it took that long!. Then, once I got into my car- there was an O’Reilly’s Auto Parts sticker slapped in the middle of my windshield. And their were dirt handprints on my dash and console. Our experience could not have been better and they had the best price on the vehicle we were looking for. It was well worth the drive from North Phoenix to Casa Grande. My wife and I went to the local Jeep dealer to purchase a newer used Wrangler. We have always had our 2013 Equinox serviced here where we bought it. It has always been a pleasure to deal with the techs and advisors. Kirk Hanion is the advisor we have dealt with most. My experience was the best I've ever had at a dealer. I called about the vehicle I wanted, asked some questions and had them take my information over the phone so I wouldn't waste their time or mine. They soon called me back and had me down to negotiate numbers. The deal they proposed fit me to a T and I signed w/o hesitation. Paperwork was wrapped up in less than 30 minutes!
